AngularJS to Angular, PHP upgrades, a live platform migrated in stages without downtime. We document what is actually there before we change anything, so the first commit is not a guess — after eighteen years, most of it is familiar ground.

How we price
Two ways to work with us. We’ll tell you on the first call which one fits your project — sometimes it’s the cheaper one.
Fixed scope
Quoted per project
We break the work into milestones, price each one separately, and the total goes into the contract. Changes are re-estimated and approved before we build them, so the invoice never surprises you.
Time and materials
$50 / hour
Time reported per task, a monthly cap you set, and the right to stop at any milestone. Best when the scope will move and we both know it.
Both come with a warranty. We fix bugs in delivered work at our own cost for three months after handover. New requirements are estimated separately.

How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope, and we will not pretend otherwise — but you will never get a single number with nothing behind it. We break the work into milestones and price each one separately, so you can see what every part costs. Time-and-materials work is $50 per hour with time reported per task.
What happens if the scope changes mid-project?
On fixed-scope work we re-estimate the change and get your approval before building it, so the invoice never grows on its own. On hourly work it goes into the backlog and you decide the priority. Scope moving is normal; surprises on the invoice are not.
Who owns the code?
You do, from day one. Source code, repositories and third-party accounts are yours, and at handover you get documentation and a deployment guide. Nothing is held back as leverage.
Can you take over a project someone else built?
Yes — this is one of the two things we specialise in. To start we need repository access, whatever documentation exists (often none), and access to the running environment. The first step is always the same: we document what is actually there before changing anything.
What happens after launch?
We fix bugs in delivered work at our own cost for three months after handover. After that, systems we built and systems we inherit can go onto a support agreement with agreed response times.

Education platform and course marketplace
A platform for Russian-language schools across Europe. The marketplace lists schools and courses by country and city, parents buy a course or a two-week trial, and schools, teachers and curriculum specialists get a back office to build, import and distribute courses and to track sales and student progress.
Investment portal for analysts and traders
A browser-based application for analysts, traders, and anyone else who needs to keep up to date with quotes.
School Dismissal App
School Dismissal App coordinates school pickups using the best of today's technology. It tracks the arrival time of each parent and keeps every student safe, while the school stores a record of each pickup, collects electronic signatures from parents and gets accurate time and location for every car. The system currently serves 88 schools, 1,587 students and 8,600 parents.
