Education platform and course marketplace

The problem: schools teaching Russian across Europe had no shared place where parents
could find them, and no common tooling to build and sell courses. Each school was on its own.

Our solution: a marketplace and a learning platform that work as one product.

• Marketplace. Schools and courses are listed by country and city. Parents buy a course
  outright or start with a two-week trial.
• Back office for schools. Teachers and curriculum specialists build courses, import
  existing material, distribute it across schools, and track sales and student progress.
• Learning in an LMS. Lessons include audio exercises and role-play with voice recording,
  so speaking practice happens inside the platform.
• One login across two systems. A custom OAuth2 server ties the marketplace and the LMS
  together — the user never sees that these are two applications.
• Payments that split themselves. Stripe handles the money, and every payment is divided
  automatically between the school, the association, the seller and the platform. No manual
  reconciliation at month end.
