About us
23devs LLC is a software company that designs and builds complex digital systems for business. The team is made up of system architects, frontend and backend engineers, infrastructure and DevOps specialists, and QA engineers.
We specialise in booking and scheduling platforms — availability, reservations, payments and the back office that runs them — on the web (Angular, Node.js, PHP) and on mobile (Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, Java).
Alongside that we build fintech interfaces, learning platforms, and the automation and AI integrations that connect them to the systems a company already runs.
We also take on what someone else built — AngularJS to Angular, PHP upgrades, a live platform migrated in stages without downtime. We start by documenting what is actually there, so the first change is not a guess — after eighteen years, most of it is familiar ground.

How do we start?
Send a short description of the task. We reply within one business day, sign an NDA if the details call for it — we send the template ourselves — and come back with questions. What follows is a written scope and an estimate broken down by milestone, which is yours whether or not you build it with us.
Who are we contracting with, and how do we pay?
The contracting entity is 23 Developers LLC, registered in Kazakhstan under BIN 220440020767 — the local equivalent of a company registration number. Payment is an ordinary bank transfer in US dollars against an invoice, with closing documents for your accounting. If it is easier on your side, we can also work through Upwork, where we have been since 2009.
When can we reach you?
Our working day overlaps the European morning. For US Eastern we take calls in our evening rather than asking you to move yours. You get written updates on every working day, and English across the whole team — engineers included, not just managers.
