Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

1. What data this covers

The consent covers the data you enter into the form:

• your name;
• your email address;
• your company name, if you provide it;
• your phone number, if you provide it;
• the engagement model you select, if you select one;
• the description of your project.

It does not cover special categories of data. Please do not include health, biometric, financial account or other sensitive information in the project description.

2. What we do with it

We use it to reply to your enquiry, to discuss the project you described, and — if we go ahead together — to prepare a proposal and a contract.

Processing includes collecting, recording, storing, using, transferring to the service providers described in our Privacy Policy, and deleting the data.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use a project enquiry as grounds to add you to a marketing list.

3. How long the consent lasts

Until you withdraw it, or until the purpose above no longer applies — whichever comes first. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after three years.

4. Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw this consent at any time, without giving a reason. Send a notice to sales@23devs.com, or by post to Zhenis Avenue 72, Astana 010000, Kazakhstan.

We will stop processing and delete your data within 30 days of receiving the notice. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

Where we are required by law to retain certain records — for example accounting documents relating to a signed contract — we may continue to hold those specific records for the period the law requires, and nothing else.

5. Your other rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. The full list of rights and how to exercise them is in our Privacy Policy.
