A web-based real estate rental management application

The WordPress platform has allowed us to design and implement a comprehensive system for automating work with rentals based on an individual design project.

Goal: To create a centralized tool that will allow you to manage your real estate portfolio. The system will provide flexible differentiation of access rights, uploading and generating reports, as well as automated data calculation.

Implemented solutions:

• Architecture and Roles: We have created a system with three roles: Administrator, Employee and Owner. For each role, we have set up an individual level of access to data, functionality, and interface tabs.
• Customization of WordPress: We have developed complex record types, meta fields, and administrative dashboards to manage all objects and data.
• Personalized dashboards: We have created an intuitive tabbed interface that fully corresponds to the corporate identity and design layouts of the customer.
• Financial accounting and automation: We have implemented automatic calculation of income and expenses, taking into account payments, debts and repair costs. We have configured data import via XML files with automatic information distribution to the corresponding fields and objects of the system.
• Reporting: We have implemented the generation of detailed PDF reports on corporate design. The reports include summary financial information and payment details.
• Multilingualism: We have ensured the operation of the system and the uploading of reports in three languages.

Result: The client received a single corporate-style system for full control of the rental business. This allowed him to reduce the time for data processing, making payments and reporting.
