Booking platform for child assistance

The problem: matching a child with the right support worker depends on details that a
simple calendar cannot hold — experience, gender, whether the assistant drives, how many
assistants one child needs. Getting it wrong is not an inconvenience; it is a failed day
for a family.

Our solution: a booking platform where those criteria are part of the data model, not
a note in a comment field.

• Matching. The system proposes candidates automatically against the child's
  requirements, and guardians can also search and filter manually when they want to choose
  for themselves.
• Availability. Each assistant keeps monthly hours and day-by-day time slots, so
  bookings are made against real availability rather than a phone call.
• Administration. A role-based admin panel with per-user permissions, account and
  contract management for both assistants and children.
• Reporting. Exports to PDF and bulk data import for organisations moving from
  spreadsheets.
